Installations

ACE Audio Visual provides installation services for:

And numerous other places where audio and video equipment is utilized. We can integrate new equipment along with your existing system or, if you’re starting from the ground up, our design team will develop all phases of your new presentation system.

Our comprehensive approach to servicing your audio and video needs starts with a site survey of your location to evaluate the space where systems are needed. Next we design a system to meet your needs and respond with an itemized proposal complete with equipment information for your review. Upon approval we procure the equipment needed and install the system as specified in the proposal.

All installations are performed using industry standards and meet local code requirements from cable management to projector and screen mounting. We will train your staff in the system operation until you feel totally comfortable. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and the equipment we install. ACE Audio Visual honors all manufacturers’ warranties on the products we sell and offers a one-year warranty on all installation work and labor.

Rentals

ACE Audio Visual offers audio and video equipment rentals to the people and businesses of Tulsa, Oklahoma and surrounding areas. Our company features the best variety of affordable priced audio and video equipment rentals, including projectors, screens, plasma monitors, laptops, microphones, and sound systems. With our large inventory of equipment, we can accommodate all of your audio visual needs. Our full-service approach means that we assist you every step of the way, including planning of your event, delivery, set-up and on-site technical assistance.

Operating Hours:
We maintain office hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All other hours are available by appointment. On-call technicians are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for any emergency. On-call orders receive a surcharge to standard rates.

Labor Rates for Rental Technician:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.: $45.00/hour
All other times: $60.00/hour

Delivery & Pickup:
Delivery and pickup is available for an additional charge. Different rates apply for different geographic areas. Call for the appropriate pricing. Some equipment can be shipped, ask for details.

Terms:
Rentals should be reserved in advance. The minimum rental period is one calendar day. You may pick-up equipment or have it delivered after 3 p.m. the day before and returned by 10 a.m. the day following the rental period. Weekly and monthly rates available upon request. Terms are net 15 days on established accounts. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. A deposit on some equipment may also be required. Accounts unpaid after 30 days will accrue interest charges. Equipment is guaranteed to be operable upon delivery. Should a problem occur, the customer is responsible for reporting it to us immediately. We will not credit the charges for problems reported after the rental period is over.

Customer Responsibility:
The customer is responsible for loss or damage from any cause including negligence, theft, improper installation and/or operation of all rented equipment.
